Description

Class Duration: 8 Week, Loft Membership Price: $180

How do systemic forces shape our individual relationships to power and privilege? What does it mean to be oppressed? To have privilege? Contemporary authors engage these questions from very different angles. In this class, we'll look at two recent works of fiction--Red Clocks by Leni Zumas and Red at the Bone by Jacqueline Woodson--that grapple with themes of power and privilege in American society.
